With that said, we had an off weekend. Off how? Off in that le husband's work phone rang from the moment he got home on Friday until...well...it's still ringing and buzzing with notifications.
3AM...ring ring.
5AM..ring ring.
Dinner time...ring ring.
3rd quarter of Owen's football game...ring ring.
I don't like to complain. Especially when he doesn't and especially in this economy, but for the love of all things holy.
I wanted to throw that damn thing in the Susquehanna river.
Okay, all better. It was just me and the kids today. And in case you were wondering what yard work, child rearing, and getting pooped on (Yes. Remy did, indeed, poop on me.) looks like. This is it.
Days like today are going to happen. Le husband is going to have to work a Sunday. The baby will inevitably poop on your clean white carpet. The kids will break your iPhone trying to play Angry Birds. But the good always outweighs the bad.
Always.

ReplyDeleteYour family is absolutely beautiful and you have some real talent with that camera. Sorry that your carpet got pooped on and your iPhone was broken - but you're so beautiful for having such a sunny outlook! That's the PERFECT way to handle it :)
